Cost-effective textured soya protein for texturising applications – partially defatted, extruded and versatile. Available in organic and conventional grades.

VIOSOY TF is a textured protein made from partially defatted soya beans. The extrusion process produces a product with a heterogeneous granulation that exhibits good water and fat binding properties and reliably contributes to texture formation. The average protein content is approx. 48%. Due to its formulation, VIOSOY TF is particularly suitable for cost-optimised applications with functional requirements.
Typical applications include coarse-textured cooked and fried sausages, minced meat alternatives, and hybrid recipes combining plant-based and animal-based ingredients. The product can be easily hydrated and processed even with a wider particle size range.
