Apple fibre
A high-fibre ingredient made from apple pomace – containing approx. 50–60% total fibre. Mild in flavour, versatile in its functional applications and conducive to a high Nutri-Score.

(Organic) apple fibre is obtained from juiced, dried apples (apple pomace) and provides a high proportion of soluble and insoluble dietary fibre, particularly pectin. The fibre is swellable, improves water-binding capacity and, thanks to its functional properties, can enhance texture, juice retention and nutritional profile. It supports a high-fibre diet, has a satiating effect and contributes to improving the Nutri-Score.
Typical applications include gluten-free baked goods, low-carb products, bars, jams and meat alternatives. It has a mild, apple-like flavour, and the grind varies from fine to coarse depending on the application.
