Spelt bran
A high-fibre by-product of spelt milling – containing approx. 40% fibre. Plant-based, easily digestible and available in coarse or fine forms.

Spelt bran is produced when spelt grains are milled and contains the outer husk and the germ. It is rich in indigestible fibre, minerals and trace elements. Its nutty flavour and high digestibility make it a popular alternative to traditional wheat bran. The spelt husk protects the grain from environmental influences – resulting in a particularly pure product.
Typical applications include muesli, dairy products and baked goods, or as a texturising agent in animal feed.
