Oat fibre
A finely granulated fibre ingredient derived from oats – containing approximately 50–80% dietary fibre. Functional, plant-based and versatile, it can be used to extend shelf life and optimise nutritional value.

Oat fibre is derived from the plant components of oats and provides a high proportion of insoluble fibre. The product is flavourless, high in fibre and improves both texture and shelf life in a wide range of recipes. It can help to specifically increase fibre content and is suitable for improving the Nutri-Score.
Typical applications include baked goods and pasta, particularly low-carb or gluten-free products, muesli bars, sweet snacks and spreads. Oat fibre is also used in meat products, vegetarian alternatives and sports nutrition.
