Wheat bran
A high-fibre mill by-product containing approx. 30–40% fibre. Plant-based, enhances nutritional value – available in coarse or finely ground varieties.

Wheat bran is a by-product of wheat processing and consists of the outer husk layers and the germ of the grain. It is rich in indigestible fibre and also provides iron, B vitamins and phytochemicals such as flavonoids. Its high fibre content has a positive effect on digestion, making wheat bran a functional ingredient.
Typical applications include breakfast cereals, muesli, baked goods, dairy products and animal feed.
