Finely ground flour made from hulled chickpeas – with a slightly nutty flavour, rich in iron and versatile in plant-based cooking.

Chickpea flour is made by grinding dried, hulled chickpeas. This legume is naturally high in fibre and has a high iron content. The flour has a mild, nutty flavour and is suitable for a wide range of uses – for example in hummus, dips, purées, stews or as a gluten-free flour substitute. In addition to the standard variety, a starch-enriched chickpea flour is also available.
