The fava bean protein isolate is obtained from European raw materials using a physical isolation process. It provides a high-quality, highly soluble protein with a virtually complete amino acid profile. Its very low viscosity, fine texture and light cream colour make it suitable for applications with high sensory requirements – particularly in beverages, protein shakes, plant-based milk and yoghurt alternatives, as well as in baked goods and meat substitutes. Its neutral flavour, with no legume notes, reduces the need for masking agents or flavourings.
