Partially de-oiled cashew protein flour – with a protein content of approx. 41 %. A fine, beige-coloured flour with a mild, fresh flavour. A plant-based alternative for baking or blending into protein-based solutions, offering a good fat-to-protein ratio.

The cashew protein is extracted from cashew kernels using a gentle mechanical pressing process and is then ground. The result is a functional, partially de-oiled flour with a natural protein content of around 41 %. It is suitable for applications requiring a subtle nutty flavour, such as in bars, biscuits, spreads or powdered drinks. The raw material comes from certified organic cultivation (including India, the Ivory Coast and Vietnam) and is processed in Germany. The product is GMO-free, has not been irradiated and complies with the requirements of the EU Organic Regulation.
