Pea protein concentrate 55 % mild
Heat-treated pea protein with a protein content of approx. 55 % – produced from yellow split peas. The enzyme-inactive variant has a more neutral flavour and is also suitable for applications that do not involve an intensive heating stage.

This mild pea protein concentrate is produced from EU peas through mechanical concentration followed by heat treatment. This process largely reduces bitter compounds without the use of chemical additives. The protein remains fully functional, is low in allergens, is well tolerated and offers a balanced amino acid profile – rich in arginine, lysine and iron. Suitable for cold or mild processing, for example in instant products, powdered drinks, baking mixes or textured meat alternatives.
