Peanut protein is produced by mechanically pressing the peanuts and then grinding the resulting press cake. The process preserves the natural flavours and the balanced amino acid profile – comprising a mix of essential and non-essential amino acids. Its distinctive nutty flavour makes the product particularly suitable for applications requiring a specific flavour profile: for example, in bars, shakes, baking mixes, snacks or confectionery. Depending on the variant, the product is available either blanched or roasted. Also suitable for low-carb and protein products.
