Partially defatted protein from blanched or roasted peanuts – with a protein content of approx. 50 %. Has a nutty flavour and can be used in baked goods, sports nutrition and sweet products.

Peanut protein is produced by mechanically pressing the peanuts and then grinding the resulting press cake. The process preserves the natural flavours and the balanced amino acid profile – comprising a mix of essential and non-essential amino acids. Its distinctive nutty flavour makes the product particularly suitable for applications requiring a specific flavour profile: for example, in bars, shakes, baking mixes, snacks or confectionery. Depending on the variant, the product is available either blanched or roasted. Also suitable for low-carb and protein products.
