Protein meal made from hulled hemp seeds – with a protein content of approximately 50 % or 70 %, depending on the degree of processing. Functional, nutrient-rich and rich in unsaturated fatty acids.

Hemp protein is obtained by cold-pressing hemp seeds and is then processed to varying degrees of fineness, depending on the variant. The 50 % variant contains more residual oil, whilst the 70 % protein variant is more concentrated. Both provide a balanced amino acid profile and contain valuable phytochemicals. The residual oil content contributes to the nutritional quality through omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids – including gamma-linolenic acid. Suitable for functional foods, sports nutrition, plant-based meat or fish alternatives, and low-carb applications.
