Chickpea protein 45%, 60%
A high-fibre plant-based protein made from European chickpeas – available with a protein content of either 45 % or 60 %. Mild in flavour, light in colour and versatile enough for use in both sweet and savoury dishes.

The chickpea protein is mechanically concentrated from European chickpeas. It provides a balanced amino acid profile, is rich in potassium, magnesium and dietary fibre, and offers a creamy mouthfeel as well as good emulsifying properties. The 45 % variant is particularly suitable for standard applications where nutritional value is optimised, whilst the 60 % variant provides more protein per serving. Applications include plant-based meat and dairy alternatives, baked goods, snacks and functional food products.
