Functional protein from mechanically pressed pumpkin seeds – processed in its natural state, with a protein content of approximately 60 %. Characterised by its green colour, nutty flavour and a natural residual oil content of around 10 %.

The native form of pumpkin seed protein is extracted from unroasted pumpkin seeds, which are gently pressed and then ground. This raw processing method preserves the full spectrum of phytochemicals as well as a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids. In addition to its protein content, the product stands out for its intense green colour and mild, nutty flavour. It is suitable for enriching and adding variety to baked goods, dough-based products, bars and sweet applications.
