Almond protein is produced as a by-product of the cold-pressing of almond oil. The partially de-oiled variety is rich in protein, provides essential fatty acids and contains valuable micronutrients. Thanks to its fine texture and natural nutty flavour, this protein is ideal for use in baked goods, low-carb products, energy bars or as an ingredient in sports nutrition. It can also be used specifically as a low-allergen alternative to traditional flours.
