High-purity protein isolate from defatted soya beans – with a protein content of approximately 90 %. Can be used functionally as an emulsifier, is technologically stable and rich in essential amino acids.

Soya protein isolate is extracted from defatted soya flakes and gently dried. The variant with a 90 % protein content offers a complete amino acid profile – around 35 % of which consists of essential amino acids. Antinutritional factors are inactivated by moderate heat treatment. The isolate is suitable both as a protein carrier and as a functional emulsifying agent – for example, in meat products, frozen foods or vegan sports nutrition. It can also be used for allergen management or clean-label formulations (GMO-free source available).
