Our Sunflower Protein P (Pasta) is produced from European sunflower seeds through hulling and cold-pressing. It is then carefully ground and the bitter components are removed – without the use of chemicals. The product is vegan, gluten-free and natural.
It is suitable for a wide range of applications: from fresh and dried pasta to baked goods, snacks, sauces and creams, right through to meat alternatives. With a protein content of over 46 % and around 15 % dietary fibre, this beige powder helps to optimise nutritional value and improve texture. Its subtle colour and neutral flavour mean it can be easily incorporated into a variety of recipes.
