Coconut flour

Partially de-oiled flour made from coconut press cake – finely ground, with a rich flavour and suitable for a wide range of uses in baked goods and mixes.

Coconut flour is a by-product of coconut oil production: after cold-pressing, the press cake is dried and finely ground. The resulting powder has a distinctive, slightly sweet coconut aroma and is high in fibre. It is suitable for use in baked goods, bars, fillings or smoothies – particularly in gluten-free, vegetarian and functional diets.
