This rice protein is obtained by aqueous extraction from polished broken rice, then fractionated and gently dried. It has a natural protein content of around 65 % and can be used as a functional ingredient in the animal feed industry. The powder is ivory-coloured, with a neutral smell and taste, and can be incorporated in a variety of ways into dry formulations or pellets.

The product is used in protein-enriched feed for farm animals. It contains no genetically modified ingredients subject to labelling requirements and complies with the applicable requirements for animal feed.
