Rice protein isolate is produced by the enzymatic breakdown and fractionation of rice. The variant with 80 % protein content provides a high-quality, allergen-free protein with an above-average methionine content. Its good tolerability and neutral sensory profile make it ideal for dietary applications, vegan food supplements, low-carb products or sports nutrition. When combined with pea protein, the amino acid profile can be specifically optimised.
