Soya protein 50% mild
Partially defatted soya protein with a protein content of approx. 50 % – heat-treated and enzyme-inactivated. Suitable for direct consumption in its raw state.

The mild form of soya protein is also obtained by mechanical pressing, but is subsequently heat-treated. This deactivates anti-nutritional factors, making the product easily digestible and ready for immediate use – for example, in shakes, drinks, bars or instant products. Despite this deactivation, the functional texture is retained – with a balanced amino acid profile and a neutral flavour.
