Partially defatted protein from hulled sunflower seeds – with a protein content of approx. 50 %. Mild in flavour, light in colour and suitable for a wide range of uses in both vegan and conventional applications.

Sunflower protein is produced as a by-product of the cold-pressing of sunflower oil. Only hulled seeds are used, making the product low in allergens, neutral in flavour and versatile in terms of sensory properties. Its moderate protein content of 50 % makes it suitable for applications requiring a balanced nutritional profile, such as in baked goods, doughs, creams, plant-based alternatives to dairy products or ready meals. The protein is entirely plant-based, well tolerated and free from soya and gluten.
