VIOGERM® supplies functional wheat germ ingredients with a standardised spermidine content – processed for safe use in modern food concepts. Whether grains, flour or flakes: the products are available in stabilised, partially de-oiled or full-fat forms and, in addition to spermidine, offer a high nutrient density with vitamins, minerals and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
The typical spermidine content is approx. 550 mg/kg. All variants are technologically tested and have a 12-month shelf life. This allows for the efficient development and safe scaling of dietary supplements, baked goods and muesli products.
