Textured soya protein concentrate in flake form, containing approximately 65–70% protein – for functional texture, protein enrichment and stable product structures in plant-based or hybrid applications.

VIOSOY T70 flakes is an extruded soya protein concentrate with a neutral flavour and a defined particle size of approximately 6 mm. The flake-like structure ensures good rehydration properties and reliable water absorption. This results in a stable, firm texture that is ideal for structured applications.
With a protein content of around 70%, the product supports the development of protein-enriched formulations whilst offering functional benefits during processing.
The flake form ensures even distribution within the product and enables versatile applications in the food industry.
Typical applications include plant-based meat alternatives, fillings and hybrid product concepts combining plant-based and animal-based ingredients. The texturate can also be used directly in protein-enriched convenience products.
