VIOGERM Flakes N
Stabilised wheat germ flakes with a natural nutritional profile – high in protein, capable of swelling, and rich in vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids. Available in organic and conventional varieties.

VIOGERM® Flakes N consist of stabilised wheat germ with a flake size of approximately 3–4 mm. They are characterised by a high content of plant protein, dietary fibre and polyunsaturated fatty acids (particularly linoleic and alpha-linolenic acid). They also provide significant amounts of B vitamins (particularly B1, B6 and folic acid), vitamin E and trace elements such as zinc, magnesium, manganese, potassium and selenium.
Typical uses include muesli mixes, bars, biscuits and casseroles. The flakes offer a pleasant texture and a subtle nutty flavour, and enhance functional recipes – particularly where there are requirements for nutrient density, texture or fibre enrichment.
