VIOGERM Flakes S
Full-fat, stabilised wheat germ flakes with a high spermidine content – suitable for use in products designed to be rich in spermidine. Available in organic and conventional varieties.

VIOGERM® Flakes S are based on full-fat, stabilised wheat germ with a flake size of 3–4 mm. They offer all the nutritional benefits of standard flakes – but also have a defined spermidine content of approx. 500 mg/kg. This makes them particularly suitable for product development in the field of spermidine supplementation. In addition to spermidine, the flakes provide B vitamins (particularly B1, B6 and folic acid), vitamin E, minerals and unsaturated fatty acids.
They are used in muesli, bars, baked goods and dietary products with functional benefits. The flakes help to improve structural stability and enhance nutritional value, whilst retaining a natural character and sensory neutrality.
