VIOGERM Flour S
Finely ground wheat germ flour with a precisely defined high spermidine content – developed for spermidine-rich product concepts in food and dietary supplements.

VIOGERM® Flour S is made from mechanically pressed wheat germ and is ground into a fine flour (< 300 µm). In addition to its natural nutrient profile, it offers a targeted spermidine content of approx. 500 mg/kg. It provides around 26.5% protein, 16.6% fibre, as well as B vitamins (B1, B6, folic acid), vitamin E, magnesium, zinc, iron and potassium.
The product is particularly suitable for use in food supplements, functional baked goods or specialised formulations where a controlled supply of spermidine is required. Thanks to its fine texture, it is also suitable for use in capsule and tablet manufacturing.
