Pea grits
A medium-fine ground product made from yellow or green peas – provides texture, is filling and can be used in a variety of ways in functional recipes.

Pea meal is produced by coarsely grinding hulled peas. Its medium particle size ensures good swelling properties, textural benefits and a pleasant bite. As a functional ingredient, pea meal is suitable for baked goods, casseroles, patties and also for use in animal feed. Depending on the application, the grind can vary – from fine-grained to coarser – without any coarse fragments.
