Wholemeal oat flour contains all parts of the oat grain – including the outer layers and the germ. It combines high-quality carbohydrates with a significant amount of fibre, natural vitamins and minerals. Thanks to its wholemeal structure, it provides more nutrients than refined oat flour and is particularly suitable for nutritionally optimised baked goods such as bread, bars or savoury doughs. It is also used in muesli mixes and bowls.
