Rapeseed protein grits is a by-product of the processing of rapeseed into oil. After cleaning, grinding and extraction, the meal is toasted, dried and cooled. The result is a stable, structured protein carrier with consistent properties, suitable for further industrial processing.

With a crude protein content of around 32% and a balanced amino acid profile, rapeseed protein grits provides a solid basis for modern feeding strategies. This profile is complemented by a crude fibre content of approximately 12%, which offers functional benefits, particularly in ruminant feeding.
