VIOGERM Flour N
Wheat germ flour with a fine particle structure – high in protein, swelling properties and rich in vitamins. Particularly suitable for functional foods and supplement formulations.

VIOGERM® Flour N consists of stabilised, finely ground wheat germ. With a particle size of < 0.3 mm, the flour is ideal for even distribution in complex recipes. It contains around 26–27 % plant-based protein, approximately 17 % dietary fibre, as well as significant amounts of B vitamins (particularly B1, B6 and folic acid), vitamin E and minerals such as zinc, magnesium, potassium and iron. The polyunsaturated fatty acids it contains round off its nutritional profile.
Typical applications include functional flour blends, baked goods, doughs and formulations for foods enriched with protein and fibre. VIOGERM® Flour N also offers technological advantages for dietary and sports nutrition products.
