Fava bean flour
A protein- and starch-rich flour made from fava beans – plant-based, gluten-free and suitable for the functional fortification of baked goods.

Fava bean flour is produced by grinding hulled fava beans and provides a balanced nutritional profile comprising plant-based protein, starch and dietary fibre. The fava bean – also known as the broad bean – is a traditional legume with a wide range of potential uses. The flour is particularly suitable for enriching the nutritional value of doughs and is commonly used in toast or white bread.
