Fava bean meal is produced by gently grinding whole fava beans. It naturally contains starch, fibre and vegetable protein. The particle structure is predominantly fine (< 200 µm), supplemented by a proportion of medium-fine fractions – ideal for applications requiring homogeneous processing and a targeted textural effect. Typical applications include protein-enriched baked goods, dough mixes, plant-based bars and use in the animal feed sector.
