Linseed flour brown
Partially de-oiled brown linseed flour – functional, high in fibre and versatile.

Brown linseed meal is produced by cold-pressing brown linseeds and then grinding the press cake. It contains valuable mucilage (pentosans), which have a strong water-binding capacity, as well as naturally occurring micronutrients such as selenium, vitamin E and B vitamins. It also provides plant-based protein and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
This flour is suitable for improving texture in high-fibre baked goods, as a plant-based emulsifier, or for enriching functional applications with swelling agents. Typical uses include vegan products, spice mixes, meat alternatives and products designed to support gastrointestinal health.
