Golden flaxseed meal is produced by cold-pressing golden flaxseeds and then finely grinding them. It contains functional mucilage, which has a positive effect on water-binding capacity and texture. In addition to plant-based protein, it provides bioactive plant compounds, vitamins and trace elements.

Thanks to its lighter colour and milder flavour, it is particularly well suited to applications where appearance is important or where a subtle flavour profile is required – such as in high-protein baked goods, vegan recipes, functional bars or spice blends.
