Rice flour
Finely ground rice flour – gluten-free, easily digestible and versatile, suitable as a flour substitute or for specialised uses.

Rice flour is produced by grinding rice grains and contains long-chain carbohydrates as well as important minerals such as potassium, magnesium and iron. It is easily digestible, low in short-chain carbohydrates and is therefore well suited to dietary applications. Rice flour is gluten-free and can be used as a functional substitute for wheat flour – for example, in gluten-free baked goods, doughs or specialised products in the animal feed sector.
