Description (organic) oat fiber:
Oat fiber is obtained from the plant parts of (organic) oats. Within the dietary fiber table, the fibers occupy an important position, since they consist not least of 85% dietary fiber. They are finely granulated, improve the nutri-score and also prolong freshness in bread and bakery products.
Like many other cereals, oat fiber is largely used in baked goods and pastries. These include gluten-free and low-carb products such as snacks, sweets, and even sweet spreads. In the sausage, meat as well as sports industry, the oat fiber is used.
