Description (organic) apple fiber:
(Organic) apple fibers are important dietary fibers. They are obtained from the so-called (organic) apple pomace, which is dried apples from which the juice has been removed. They are produced in the EU and consist of about 60% dietary fiber, of which about 15% is soluble and thus softens the stool. In addition, apple fiber naturally preserves pectin, has good water binding capacity and improves nutri-score.
(Organic) apple fiber can be used in a variety of ways. For example, it is used in pastries and baked goods, gluten-free/low-carb snacks and candies, or spreads such as in jams. It is also used in the sausage and meat industry and in dietary supplements. For athletes, the fibers are optimal in shakes or granola bars.
