The creamy mouthfeel, soft texture and low viscosity, as well as good mixability, favors applications in areas such as beverages, dairy alternatives as well as baked goods, meat alternatives and a variety of other areas.
The taste is very clean and free of legume notes. The very neutral cream color and the smooth, soft mouthfeel make the product particularly versatile.
