It has a nutty, highly aromatic flavor and is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins such as A, B, C and E. The product also contains biotin and minerals.
The vegetable oil can be used super in salads or as a refinement of the popular pumpkin cream soup. It is also used in desserts from time to time. Due to its ingredients, it is also considered a natural remedy and is used, for example, in body care.
