(Organic) spinach is grown worldwide, with the exception of the tropics, and belongs to the foxtail family. The vegetable has a high content of vitamins, minerals and protein, as well as a particularly high folic acid content. To produce the powder, the spinach is gently air-dried and then ground. In this process, the nutrients are largely preserved.
(Organic) spinach powder is suitable as an ingredient for smoothies as well as for the production of pasta, ready meals or sauces. The powder is also very suitable for the E-number free coloring of food.
