Description (organic) buckwheat flour:
Chestnut is a round, brown fruit that grows on trees. In the production of (organic) chestnut flour, the fruits of the sweet or donkey chestnut are first dried, then peeled and ground. Chestnut flour contains a high percentage of carbohydrates, of which 23% is sugar. This gives the flour a slightly sweet taste.
The sweet taste makes the flour particularly suitable for baking for confectionery, but also for bread and pastries.
