Description (organic) buckwheat flour:
Chestnut is a round, brown fruit that grows on trees. In the production of chestnut flour, the fruits of the sweet or donkey chestnut are first dried, then peeled and ground. Chestnut flour contains a high percentage of carbohydrates, of which 23% is sugar. This gives the flour a slightly sweet taste.
The sweet taste makes the flour particularly suitable for baking for confectionery, but also for bread and pastries.
