Description (organic) corn flour:

Corn flour is made from ground corn kernels. The sweetish, species-typical corn flavor is retained. The flour is gluten-free and contains a lot of starch. It has high amounts of carbohydrates, unsaturated fatty acids and minerals (calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, iron). As for vitamins, it contains vitamins A, E, C and B vitamins.

Corn flour is suitable for baking savory and sweet dishes. Well-known dishes are corn tortillas, corn flatbread and corn porridge. However, the properties of cornmeal also make it a good binder for soups and sauces.
