Description (organic) rice flour:

As early as 9000 years ago, the first rice plant was domesticated in China. Southeast Asia is still the largest producer in the world today. China alone produced 206 million tons of rice in 2014. Worldwide, 741 million tons were harvested. Along with corn and wheat, rice is one of the world’s three most important sources of carbohydrates. (Organic) whole rice flour provides a large amount of essential minerals such as potassium, magnesium and iron and contains about 80% long-chain carbohydrates.

Whole rice flour is well suited for diets because it contains only a small amount of short-chain carbohydrates. The flour can also serve as a substitute to wheat flour.
