With about 63% hemp bran contains a particularly high amount of dietary fiber, which is why it supports the cleansing of the intestinal tract and healthy digestion. It is rich in folic acid, magnesium, manganese and copper, and also serves as a source of energy.
Hemp bran is used as a food in baking ingredients such as bread, granola bars, muffins and cookies. It is also added to smoothies and diet products for extra fiber.
