Description (organic) oat fiber:

Oat fiber is obtained from the plant parts of (organic) oats. Within the dietary fiber table, the fibers occupy an important position, since they consist not least of 85% dietary fiber. They are finely granulated, improve the nutri-score and also prolong freshness in bread and bakery products.
