Description (organic) almond protein:

Partially deoiled (organic) almond protein is produced during the cold pressing of almond oil. Almonds contain many nutrients, healthy fats and are rich in proteins. The partially de-oiled variety has a particularly high protein content of about 60%.

Almond protein is used for low-carb products, for protein fortification of foods and for sports nutrition. In addition, the almond protein is also suitable as a healthy flour substitute in baking.
